Terms of service

This website and the J28 LUT Pack are offered by Arvin Olesco ("I", "me", "my"). By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

1. The product

J28 is a digital product: a set of .cube LUT files delivered by download after checkout. Results vary depending on your camera, exposure, white balance and editing software. Examples on this site show my own footage and grading and are not a guarantee of your results.

2. Your license

When you buy J28, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LUTs in your own personal and commercial projects, including paid client work.

You may not resell, share, give away, sublicense, upload or redistribute the .cube files, in whole or in part, including modified versions or as part of another product, preset pack or template. Each license is for one person. If you need licenses for a team or company, contact me.

3. Ownership

The LUT files, guides and videos remain my property. Buying a license does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. I may cancel any order I believe is fraudulent.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Updates

I may release updates or new camera conversions for J28 at my discretion. Updates are not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer and liability

J28 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Breach

If you break these terms, including by sharing or reselling the files, your license ends immediately and you must delete the files.

9. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after it's posted.
