Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions.

J28 is a digital product. You get access to the files the moment your order is complete, so purchases can't be returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind, or no longer needing the product
• Results that don't match your expectations or your footage
• Incompatibility with your camera, footage, software or workflow
• Not downloading or not using the files
• Buying by mistake, or buying the same product twice
• Price changes, sales or discount codes applied after your purchase
• Not reading the product description or FAQ before buying

It's your responsibility to review the product description, examples and FAQ before purchasing. LUT results vary with camera, exposure, white balance and editing software, and that variation is not a defect.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting me first is a breach of this policy. If you do, your license to use J28 is revoked, any future access or updates are cancelled, and I reserve the right to provide your order and download records to your payment provider to contest the dispute.

Technical issues

If a file won't open, email hello@olescostudios.com with your order number and I can re-send your download link. This does not entitle you to a refund.
